Dominique founded Ceven Consulting in 2017 after twenty years with international consulting firms — PwC in London, IBM in Paris, Kolkata, Dubai and Casablanca, EY in Dubai — where he led financial-services practices, ran an offshore delivery centre, and directed digital financial-services advisory for the Middle East.
Since then he has worked as Data & AI executive advisor, transition CDO / CAIO and programme director for insurers, utilities, food & beverage, automotive, pharmaceutical and payments groups, and as lead data scientist when the problem needed the model built rather than described. He holds an MBA and an MSc in Artificial Intelligence.
The practice was established as an alternative to mainstream consulting firms: a senior practitioner on the engagement from the first interview to the hand-over, a lightweight operating model, a trusted network of specialists when the scope needs it, and pricing tied to outcomes where the client wants it.
Ceven Consulting is based in Paris. Engagements run in Paris, London, Brussels, Amsterdam and Casablanca, and remotely for Dubai and Riyadh, in French and English.
User verbatims, pass rates and error costs are published before the satisfaction scores. A result that fell short is reported as such.
Every recommendation ends with an owner, a date and the condition under which it is reversed. Governance that defers is treated as a finding.
Thresholds, kill switches, production sign-off and retraining budgets belong to the business owner, with the economic equation written out.
The method, the governance and the successor are part of the deliverable. The team must be able to run it without us.
